USLS-B Reigns as Mutya ng PRISAA Queen 2026
Kin Alliyah Billote from the University of St. La Salle-Bacolod (USLS-B) was crowned Mutya ng PRISAA Queen 2026 at the 3rd NIR PRISAA regional meet. Held on March 10 at the STIWNU Gymnasium, the pageant highlighted the beauty and intelligence of delegates across the Negros Island Region. Billote, alongside runners-up from Riverside College and STIWNU, showcased the region's excellence as she prepares for the national competition in May 2026.
