BACOLOD CITY — The 3rd Negros Island Region (NIR) PRISAA Cultural Competition 2026 came alive as participating schools showcased their talents, skills, and sheer brilliance at the STI West Negros University (STIWNU) Gymnasium on March 10.
Vocal Competitions
Within the sphere of vocal solo talent, the University of St. La Salle-Bacolod (USLS-B) claimed the championship title with their passionate performance.
