BACOLOD CITY — Kin Alliyah Billote of the University of St. La Salle-Bacolod (USLS-B) was officially crowned as the Mutya ng PRISAA Queen 2026 during the 3rd Negros Island Region Private School Athletic Association (NIR PRISAA) meet.
The spectacular pageant took place at the STI West Negros University (STIWNU) Gymnasium on March 10, where Billote delivered a standout performance that beautifully showcased her poise, intelligence, and regional pride.
