The Youth Division of the National PRISAA Games Negros 2026 is witnessing a spectacular display of talent from the country's rising stars. As of 2:00 PM on May 13, 2026, Region VII (Central Visayas) leads the medal tally with an outstanding record of 75 gold, 37 silver, and 34 bronze medals, earning 146 medals overall. Their ability to secure top-tier finishes across various disciplines has established them as the team to beat in the race for the gold.

Excellence Defined by Overall Volume.

Region VI (Western Visayas) follows closely in the gold medal count but leads in total medals earned. Displaying immense grit and determination, the Western Visayan delegates have collected 71 gold, 62 silver, and 65 bronze medals, bringing their impressive total to 198. This consistent podium presence across sporting, academic, and cultural events highlights the depth of talent within the host region.

Strength Defined by the Top Three.

Region IV-A (CALABARZON) has secured a strong position in the top three. With a haul of 45 gold, 53 silver, and 45 bronze medals, they currently hold 143 medals overall. This puts them in a tight race for the third spot on the leaderboard, showing the high level of preparation from the CALABARZON delegation. Other notable performances as of this afternoon include:

Region V (Bicol Region): 45 gold, 32 silver, and 66 bronze (143 total).

Negros Island Region (NIR): 45 gold, 30 silver, and 36 bronze (111 total).
