Legazpi City Gears Up as Host for PRISAA 2024, Mayor Confirms Readiness
LEGAZPI CITY – The local government of Legazpi City has confirmed their readiness to host the upcoming Private Schools Athletic Association (PRISAA) 2024, as the city will be the host venue.
In an interview with Brigada News FM Legazpi, City Mayor Geraldine Rosal stated that the city is prepared to host the Palarong Bicol event, and many of the schools used for billeting athletes during the Palarong will also be utilized for PRISAA. However, she mentioned that additional schools in the nearby town of Daraga might be needed for billeting, as the number of participants could exceed the capacity of the schools in Legazpi City.
Moreover, Mayor Rosal expressed gratitude that Bicol University is open, as it is typically the venue for various sports activities in the area.
The local government’s confirmation and preparations highlight Legazpi City’s readiness to host the highly anticipated PRISAA 2024 event, ensuring a successful and well-organized experience for all participating schools and athletes.
