The delegates from Region II (Cagayan Valley) have officially stepped foot in the "City of Smiles." Arriving on May 5, 2026, for the National PRISAA Games Negros 2026, the team brings with them a fierce determination to represent Northern Luzon. This arrival marks the beginning of their quest for national titles, fueled by months of preparation and regional success.

Upon arrival, the delegation proceeded straight to their designated billeting quarters at Bata Elementary School 1 & 2. This move allows the student-athletes to settle in and focus entirely on the upcoming competitions. With a smooth transition from transit to accommodation, Team Cagayan Valley is ensuring that their energy remains high as they prepare to face the best from across the Philippines.

Cagayan Valley has always been a strong contender in the PRISAA circuit, and this year is no different. The athletes carry the pride of their respective provinces and institutions, ready to showcase the discipline and grit that define the region.
