Meanwhile, Region I (Ilocos Region) asserted their dominance in the female categories, reigning supreme in both the Women’s and Girls' relay events. The Boys’ division saw the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) utilize superior closing speed to outprint the field for the top spot on the podium.
